Sales and Business Developement Representative's

We currently are seeking Sales and Business Development Representative's in each of the following specific industries:
- Fire & Safety
- Waste/Refuse Hauling
- School/Public Transit and Recreational Vehicles.

We have immediate openings for highly motivated, results-oriented Sales and Business Development Representative's.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. 5+ years transportation industry related sales experience and knowledge in safety systems for mobile applications. Must be self-motivated and goal oriented. Must possess exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, phone and written skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SalesLogix. MAS200 experience a plus. Must have existing relevant contact base, ability to maintain customers and develop new clientele.


Key Responsibilities:
- Representative will perform field promotional work to sell and develop new business.
- Effectively and accurately communicate product attributes in an effort to generate   sales.
- Identify key customer accounts and develop a strategic and tactical sales lobbying   plan to bring proactive product awareness and system solutions to target customers.

Other Responsibilities:
- Work with current major accounts, development of new territories, new industries or   with customers where the full market potential or product acceptance has not been   established.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, phone and written skills.
- Develop relationships with specified customer accounts in order to better company   visibility and recognition within the relevant sales industry/region and within the   specified account.
- Develop, analyze and execute sales strategies and tactics for key accounts.
- Prepare price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, etc., and write orders subject   to company policy.
- Develop data relative to market trends, competitive products and pricing and submit   reports to management.
- Address customer needs and warranty issues by developing winning technical   solutions based on customer requirements.
- Forecast potential and future sales.
- Discuss, demonstrate and present product features, benefits and competitive   advantages of product line to prospective customers.
- Quantify and qualify customer feedback so as to contribute to product planning and   development.
- Propose new applications and customer solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
- Involvement in the planning process for future products and services to address the   needs of the marketplace.
- Keep abreast of developments in the industry so as to stay up to speed on the latest   industry technology, trends and directions.
- Ability to travel, sometimes extensively.
- Schedule appointments with customers, travel to work sites and entertain clientele.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times when dealing with   associates and customers.
- Maintain a system where the customer's needs are always a top priority.
