Q. What do I need to do to return products for service?
A. Call or e-mail Intec and ask for a Return Materials Athorization (RMA)
number. Write this number on your package and send it, freight pre-paid, to Intec.
Q. How long does it take to get my repaired items back?
A. Intec strives to maintain a 24 hour in house turn around time.
If we get your service return on Monday we ship it back to you, via the same method
received, on Tuesday.
Q. How much will it cost me to get an estimate to repair my products?
A. Nothing! Intec will not charge to look at your equipment and let you know what's
wrong with it. After review we will contact you and let you know what, if anything, you may
be charged. You may then decide how to proceed.
Q. Why am I being charged when my product is still under warranty?
A. The only time Intec charges for the repair of a product, that by date is
still under warranty, is when that product has been physically damaged or otherwise not
used in accordance with Intec's warranty policy and the charge has been approved by
the customer or customer's representative.
Ordering Questions
Q. How long does it take to receive an order?
A. Delivery time is based on ship method and distance from our warehouse, however most
shipments will be received via ground frieght within 5 or 6 business days from date of order.
Expedited freight is available at an additional cost. Special or custom orders excluded.
Billing Questions
Q. Who should I talk to if I have billing questions?
A. Depending on the nature of the call you may need to speak with your salesperson or you
may need to speak with accounting. Contact your salesperson initially and they will
direct you accordingly.
Q. Who should I talk to if I need a copy of an invoice?
A. Call our Corporate office @ 800-468-3254 and ask for accounting.
