If you need to return a product, call Intec at 800-468-3254 (west) or 800-522-5989 (east) and request an RMA number from an Intec representative. Tell the representative which product you are returning and what the problem is. It would be helpful if you also provide the model number and serial numbers when you call.

Intec will service any product manufactured by Intec regardless of age or condition. We may not be able to economically repair all items returned, however we will check them out and provide an estimate for your consideration.
