Intec has teamed up with Tempest Fireco Towers to provide a full range of pneumatic telescoping towers. Below are some of the standard features available on every Tempest Fireco Tower.
- Factory is ISO9001 operations & NATO rated.
- UL certification of NFPA-1901 compliance.
- Tower requires no routine lubrication. All internal lubrication is performed during assembly.
- Precision machined tubes of corrosion resistant, anodized aluminum.
- Tower can be positioned at any increment to full height without first reaching full height extension.
- Pneumatic height extension may be achieved with a compressed air supply from chassis air brakes, breathing air system, hand pump or small electric air compressor.
- Tower features an upper tubular protection cover that keeps dust and water away from the seal rings when in the retracted position.
- Tower comes equipped with Tempest's exclusive keyway system, which prevents tower rotation and damage in windy conditions.
- Condensation drainage holes at each section.
- Tower is provided with pre-drilled lower mounting brackets (flange mounting bracket).
- Tower is provided with pre-drilled upper head assembly brackets (top heads) for mounting lights, tilt/turn units, cameras and other equipment.
- 2 year warranty standard on all tower units.
- Look-up light & "Tower Extension Warning" switch.
- Air Safety Relief Valve at bottom of each tower.
- Power Junction boxes at top and bottom of tower on units with internal cables.
Tempest Fireco Towers are available with a multitude of options which include being portable, interior or exterior mounted, having manual or electric rotation, tilt and turn, wireless remote control and a variety of internally-placed cables.
